DAY 4: A DAY OF REST

March 13, 2022 ~ Sunday

On Sunday, the center is only open between 12:30 and 5:00. However, the doctors and nurses still do their rounds. And the kitchen and dining room are still open.

Today, was a beautiful but cool sunny day and the night time temps dropped to 37 degrees.

Directly across from the center there is a Presbyterian church and Danielle and I chose to go to the “traditional” service at 9 am. Then there was a second “modern” service at 10:30 am. We were thinking if this is the traditional one what was the modern one like? Our definition of a traditional church service is very different!

During my chiropractic session yesterday, something popped in my left arm. It was not supposed to do that. Sleeping last night was horrible. I was in pain and the arm did not like to more in certain directions. When I went into this session to work out some adhesions, I had no pain in either arm but I left with pain in both arms. So today I asked for some ibuprofen and then ice/heating pad several times today. It seems better but they will assess the arm tomorrow. I think I will hold off on the right shoulder adhesions until fasting is over with.

TN does daily rounds on Sunday’s but they do not have a lot for programs going on. So a day of rest it is!
