Refeeding Update: Day 11 of 14.
Daily refeeding numbers: Weight-178.2 Weight loss since adopting diet-56.8 BP-118/74 Heart rate-84 Oxygen level-98 Temperature-98 Glucose-95 Sleep-6 One minute pulse rate-steady. Muscle pain level-0 (scale 1-10) Energy level-9 (scale 1-10).
Phase 4: Grains – This includes all of the other phases plus: pre-made salads and cold foods; oatmeal, rice, quinoa, corn, avocado, nuts and seeds. NO LEGUMES (beans) yet.
Lecture: Today, Chef Bravo gave a lecture on how to each out at restaurants with out upsetting the kitchen staff who cook the food. It was a good insight into the work that chefs do. As customers with special diets you can call the day before between 2-4 and ask if the chef can prepare something within my dietary needs. Doing this at restaurants which you frequent, the staff gets to know you better.
My Comments: I am enjoying walking the streets around the center with friends. The landscaping is incredible to look at. I am able to walk quite a bit and am not over tired afterwards! This is different. However, my feet do get a bid tired as I must concentrate to pick up the feet so I do not trip! Still, each day they get a little bit better at walking.
I am ready to come home.
